The principal activity of Link REIT and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) is investing in real estate and may be undertaking property development and related activities in respect of all types of developments.

The principal activity of Fortune REIT is investment holding whereas its subsidiaries (together with Fortune REIT referred to as the “Group”) is to own and invest in a portfolio of retail shopping malls located in Hong Kong with the primary objective of producing stable distributions for unitholders and to achieve long term growth in the net asset value per unit.

The principal activity of Champion REIT and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) is to own and invest in income-producing commercial properties in Hong Kong with the objective of producing stable and sustainable distributions to unitholders and to achieve long term growth in the net asset value per unit.
